I haven’t seen its picture recently on one of those urbanist blogs, but the old Army Ammunition plant at Goodfellow and I-70 (the building with the “wings”) is one the City’s most recognizable structures. Last week, a battalion of public and private attorneys turned the title of the facility over to an SLDC agency, allowing us to market the site as a prime opportunity for retail development.
