The Cardinals have now announced that they intend to make reasonable adjustments at the new ballpark to conform with the so-called Potty Parity law. That seems to end the discussion as far as the plumbing goes.

I, however, have a few extra words about the Potty Parity law itself:

It does not say what happens when there is a violation. Worse, it does not specify which state agency is responsible for enforcement.

The local daily newspaper, instead of asking the State how it was going to enforce its own law, incredibly has suggested cities — with no statutory authority — are responsible for enforcing poorly written state laws with no enforcement provisions.
