New Houses

I’ve written before about the sharp increase in interest in City living. There’s plenty of room for interpretation and nuance in poring over the data that quantifies that interest.

Looking at the most recent Building Division data for permits issued for new single family homes in the City, I note that four of the top five wards — 3, 5, 17, 18, and 26 — in numbers of such permits are in north St. Louis.
