Earlier this week, I told you what I thought of the Missouri Supreme Court's Turner decision requiring unaccredited school district to pay the tuitions of their students who choose to attend schools in nearby accredited school districts.
St. Louis Public Schools superintendent Kelvin Adams offered his own thoughts, which I reprint here because I strongly agree with him:
"We are working incredibly hard to increase student achievement," [Adams] said. "If we increase student achievement, this ruling for us would not be effective."
