SLDC director Rodney Crim reported to me this week that Boxers, Inc., a retail and internet seller of men’s and women’s apparel, plans to open two stores in the Fashion Square building to sell their clothes and to support their cyber-business. Boxers owner Beverly Russina told the SLDC that her company has outgrown its old space on Euclid.

Rodney also says that Netlogic, a five-year old IP tech company, will spend almost a million dollars to move to 210 N. Tucker, a older urban building that has been configured to house telecommunications equipment and the systems to keep it operating. Netlogic’s move and expansion will create 16 full-time jobs.

Netlogic has agreed to use the City’s jobs creation program as the first source of referral for all entry-level positions.
