Blogger Eddie Silva contributes a matte essay in the current issue of glossy St. Louis Magazine. According to Silva, who sounds like he might need some sun, the Gateway Arch is a failure: “. . . for 40 years, St. Louis has lived in the foul dust of its wake.”
