Allergies

The St. Louis Business Journal has noticed (and posted) a new study placing St. Louis among the nation’s top 25 “Fall Allergy Capitals” — cities whose airborne pollens and mold spores challenge allergy sufferers. We ranked 24th this year, down from our 2007 rank of 6th in the country and our 2006 rank of 18th.

I don’t know much about the survey’s methodology, but I do know that many St. Louisans will be surprised to learn that we don’t top this list every year.
