We have no idea what it is going to become, but MayorSlay.com is delighted to welcome St. Louis Core to cyberspace. It is a mix of vidblogging, blogging, images, and live chat.
According to Arch City Chronicle (and some contextual clues on the site), St. Louis Core is a project of Internet consultant (and Aldermanic President) Lewis Reed.
