Steinberg Skating Rink in Forest Park will open at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14 for the ice skating season.Steinberg, the largest outdoor rink in the Midwest, is open every day, including holidays. Hours are: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
